The African American Community Service Agency (AACSA) is a San Jose-based nonprofit offering educational, cultural, social, and recreational programs — including food assistance, senior services, youth STEAM education, and health and wellness initiatives — to promote full community participation in Santa Clara County.
Programs are organized around three focus areas — Education (STEAM on Saturdays youth coding/robotics for ages 6-14, senior services, health & wellness), Advocacy (policy work, food assistance, housing/health initiatives), and Community Building (economic development, workforce development, mobile outreach) — plus a bi-weekly "Food on the Table" food assistance program open to all.
