Starlight Community Services in Santa Clara
Starlight Community Services (STARS Behavioral Health Group) provides mental health programs for children, adolescents, and transitional age youth in Santa Clara County, including outpatient care, in-home outreach, school-linked services, and wraparound support.
Services are available to those ages 2-25 residing in Santa Clara County who have mental health issues at home or at school. Approval for treatment must be given by the Santa Clara County Department of Mental Health.

IPAS provides insurance-reimbursed mental health therapy and psychological assessments, including evaluations of cognitive, behavioral, and emotional functioning.
