Sunnyvale Community Services provides food assistance, financial assistance, and case management to help prevent hunger and homelessness for low-income residents of Sunnyvale and surrounding communities.
Services include a food pantry along with homebound food delivery, short-term financial assistance (rent, rental deposits, utility bills, other essential expenses), a homelessness prevention program (temporary financial help, legal support, case management for people at risk of losing housing), and client-centered case management with benefits referrals.
